A 3 bedroom air-conditioned garden apartment with fabulous views to the north and the sea is fully equipped for 6 people. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and sliding door to the patio and garden. The front second bedroom also has direct access to the garden and shares the second bathroom with the third bedroom. The main room and lounge has large sliding doors onto the private terrace shaded with a wooden pergola. The kitchen and dining area is equipped with washing machine, fridge, freezer, hob and oven.

The development has reserved parking for your car and is accessed via an electric gate. The huge communal pool, gym and the management offices are a short stroll away.

Availability

The property is available for a period of one week or longer. Please visit the availability page to check when the villa is vacant. Long-term bookings for more than one month will be subject to discounted prices. Please also enquire about special rates during the low season.

Booking – Terms & Conditions

There is a refundable security payment against breakages and damages of £100 that will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property by our managing agent. It will be returned within 10 days after the end of your stay. The value of any damages or losses will be deducted from the security payment. In the event of cancellation, the security payment is always refunded.

25% of the balance of the rental payment is due when you make your booking. The remaining balance is payable no later than 8 weeks prior to the start of your stay.

For cancellations in advance of 8 weeks, the 25% deposit will be charged. For cancellations later than that, the full amount will be charged.

We strongly recommend taking out insurance in the event of holiday cancellation, flight delays, accidents, loss, or illness.
