Villa Zulfa is a beautiful, newly-built, air-conditioned, 3 storey, 4 bedroom villa to rent in North Cyprus with marble floors and 3 bathrooms (1 ensuite). The villa features a private 10 x 5 metre overflow swimming pool and stunning views of the sea and mountains from the patio, pool terrace and the balconies. High speed wireless internet throughout villa and terrace. The property is located at the top of Ozankoy village and sleeps 6-9 people.

The villa is situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac of olive trees, a short stroll to the Old Mill bar in Ozankoy and Erol’s Restaurant (the best in town). It’s a 5 minute drive up the Old Crusader route to the village of Bellapais with its famous abbey. There is ample parking for several cars in the driveway, a long patio around 3 sides on the ground floor and 3 separate balconies from each bedroom upstairs all with super views. Dining and seating inside for 8 people. There are further tables on both the patio and the large pool terrace area with pool shower, BBQ and sun loungers. Ideal for al fresco dining and entertaining your friends and family. The 4th bedroom, with two single beds, is located on the lower ground floor with its own private entrance and is provided with fan cooling. The 9th bed can be set up in the 4th bedroom or in the master bedroom if required.

Kyrenia and the surrounding area are wonderful places to visit for a relaxing holiday in the Mediterranean as it used to be. We have over 300 days of sunshine a year, The whole of the north part of Cyprus has a population of only about 220,000 people. Kyrenia has a narrow High Street and a beautiful horseshoe shaped harbour lined with open cafes and bars together with excellent restaurants serving delicious Turkish cuisine. Cyprus has a long history and the culture of its people has been shaped over 8000 years. You’ll find the local people warm, friendly, helpful and accommodating.

There are plenty of things to do and see for those who wish to drag themselves away from the pool. Places to visit include the 13th century Bellapais Abbey, the castles at St Hilarion, Kantara and Buffavento as well as the fortifications at Kyrenia Harbour that contain the remains of the oldest vessel ever found. For the more active there is para-gliding, scuba diving, mountain trekking and cycling along the many footpaths and hills in the Besparmak mountains. Dip your toes in the water with one of the daily boat trips form the harbour. Play golf , go horse riding or build a sandcastle on the beach.

Please note that car hire in advance of your arrival is strongly recommended. The final kilometre of the road is unpaved and low vehicles may not be suitable.

The property is available for a period of one week or longer. Please visit the availability page to check when the villa is vacant. Long-term bookings for more than one month will be subject to discounted prices. Please also enquire about special rates during the low season.

Prices

Prices listed are per week

The prices shown are per week for up to 6 people. Each additional person is charged £50 per week. Please note that electricity useage will be charged at 20 pence per unit as per the meter reading.
Note: Prices may be subject to change at the owner’s discretion.

Booking - Terms & Conditions

There is a refundable security payment against breakages and damages of £150 that will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property by our managing agent less electricity useage. The balance will be returned within 10 days after the end of your stay. The value of any damages or losses will be deducted from the security payment. In the event of cancellation, the security payment is always refunded.

25% of the balance of the rental payment is due when you make your booking. The remaining balance is payable no later than 8 weeks prior to the start of your stay.

For cancellations in advance of 8 weeks, the 25% deposit will be charged. For cancellations later than that, the full amount will be charged.

We strongly recommend taking out insurance in the event of holiday cancellation, flight delays, accidents, loss, or illness.
